Job description
Tasks
- Management of the Securities team (responsible for the team to which it belongs/ m/f/d/q)
- Deputizing for the Head of Operations (in both technical and organizational terms)
- Ensuring the operational implementation of all relevant SLAs and KPIs and their reporting
- Optimization and further development of existing processes in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Carrying out analyses and reports to support strategic decisions
- Collaboration on local and global initiatives and projects in the area of operations
- Creation and preparation of presentations, statistics and concepts
- Management and further development of the team including target setting and performance monitoring
- Support in the implementation of regulatory requirements and quality standards
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies and relevant professional experience in the field of banking/operations
- Good knowledge of payment transaction systems (e.g. SWIFT, SEPA, SIC) and ISO20022
- Proven project management skills
