Team Head Operations - Client Investment Reporting 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Act as the main point of contact for front office teams, efficiently managing inquiries, service requests, and escalations
• Plan and assign team workloads to ensure optimal performance, especially during peak periods and month-end/year-end closing cycles
• Coordinate the integration of new products and regulatory updates into reporting processes, working closely with product, IT, and compliance teams
• Drive continuous improvement by streamlining workflows, automating manual steps, and improving process scalability and efficiency.
• Promote team development through regular coaching and feedback sessions, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge databases and providing training for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Leadership skills & human resources management: proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop professionals in a results-oriented environment; experience in performance management and conflict resolution
• Technical expertise: deep understanding of securities, methods for measuring investment performance, and related disclosure requirements and standards
• Operational excellence: strong track record in managing mission-critical operations with zero tolerance for error; deep understanding of internal controls and risk mitigation
• Communication & stakeholder engagement: excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customer advisors, managers, and cross-functional partners
• Analytical thinking: confident when working with complex financial issues related to investments
