The position of Team Head - Products & Services Compliance plays a central role within the compliance function in ensuring the integrity and regulatory standing of the bank.Your challenge
The role encompasses various aspects:- Leadership, mentoring, and development of a high-performing compliance team
- Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and supervisory expectations
- Assumption of second line of defense mandates through independent, objective assessment and challenge of front-line functions
Regulatory advice and business partnership
The position includes:- Supporting business units, legal department, risk management, and product development with compliance issues
- Proactive assessment of the impact of regulatory changes and development of recommendations for action
- Strategic involvement in projects with compliance integration
Compliance framework and controls
The role includes:- Development and continuous improvement of a risk-based compliance monitoring framework
- Monitoring the implementation of the annual compliance control plan
- Control of corrective measures and monitoring of progress
- Preparation of comprehensive reports for senior management, the Head of Regulatory Affairs, and the Chief Compliance Officer
Stakeholder engagement and regulatory interface
The position includes:- Representation of compliance in internal committees
- Coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries and internal/external audit requests
Technical skills
The following are required:- Deep understanding of MiFID II, anti-fraud mechanisms, and tax compliance protocols
- Knowledge of data analysis tools
- Strong attention to detail and pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
