Tasks

As Team Head of Risk & Compliance Solutions, you will be responsible for:

• the management and coordination of a team of IT professionals
• monitoring projects and day-to-day operational tasks
• ensuring system efficiency, resource allocation, and fostering teamwork
• providing technical expertise and serving as a role model by delivering value to customers, developing teams and talent, and collaborating across the bank
• setting clear goals and implementing performance measures
• Effective management of team capacity, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management
• responsibility for the bank's budget and minor changes to the bank's initiatives
• Collaboration across teams, units, and the bank; proactive engagement, partnership, and effective communication with supervisory bodies
