Tasks

- Setting clear goals and improving performance metrics - Effectively managing team capacity, including recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluations - Overseeing the bank’s budget and managing minor adjustments to bank initiatives - Collaborating with other teams, units, and the bank; proactively engaging with, partnering with, and communicating effectively with regulatory bodies
