Tasks

The position of Team Head of Risk & Compliance Solutions involves the following responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of a team of IT professionals
• Monitoring of projects and daily operational tasks
• Ensuring system efficiency, resource allocation, and promoting teamwork
• Providing technical expertise and serving as a role model by delivering value to customers, developing teams and talent, and collaborating across the bank
• Setting clear goals and improving performance metrics
• Effective management of team capacity, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management
• Responsibility for the bank's budget and minor changes to bank initiatives
• Collaboration across teams, units, and the bank; proactive engagement, partnership, and effective communication with regulatory bodies
