Tasks

- Responsible for leading and coordinating a team of IT professionals, overseeing projects, and managing day-to-day operations. - Ensuring system efficiency, resource allocation, and fostering collaboration within the team. - Providing technical expertise and serving as a role model by delivering value to customers, developing teams and talent, and collaborating across the bank. - Setting clear goals and implementing performance metrics. - Effectively managing team capacity, including recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluation. - Responsible for managing the bank’s budget and overseeing minor changes to bank initiatives. - Collaborating across teams, units, and the bank; proactively engaging, partnering with, and communicating effectively with supervisory bodies.
