Tasks

Responsible for leading and coordinating a team of IT professionals, overseeing projects, and managing day-to-day operational tasks. Ensures that systems are efficient, resources are allocated appropriately, and fosters collaboration within the team. Provides technical expertise and serves as a role model by creating value for customers, developing teams and talent, and collaborating across the bank. Sets clear goals and improves performance metrics; effectively manages team capacity, including recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluations; responsible for managing the bank’s budget and making minor adjustments to bank initiatives; works across teams, units, and the bank; proactively engages, cooperates, and communicates effectively with supervisory bodies
