Responsible for leading and coordinating a team of IT professionals, overseeing projects, and managing day-to-day operational tasks. Ensures that systems operate efficiently, resources are allocated appropriately, and fosters collaboration within the team. Provides technical expertise and serves as a role model by creating value for clients, developing teams and talent, and collaborating across the bank.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan strategically and allocate resources
• Proven communication skills to deal with employees and stakeholders at various management levels
• Technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the banking and IT industry
• Ability to work in an agile manner and adapt to new situations
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience as an IT team leader
• Higher education in the field of IT
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Project and budget management skills
