Team Head & Senior Project Manager - Compliance Analytics & Transformation 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of strategic, global projects and large-scale change initiatives within the compliance function, taking into account timelines, budgets, and regulatory obligations - Managing and administering the compliance transformation portfolio, maintaining a structured pipeline of initiatives, and prioritizing efforts based on strategic impact, regulatory demand, and resource availability - Ensuring close alignment between project activities and the comprehensive bank-wide transformation program - Drive innovation and operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and improved data utilization in compliance operations - Lead strategic initiatives within the global compliance function, focusing on technology enablement, process optimization, data analytics, and business intelligence to improve control effectiveness and operational efficiency - Initiating and defining new projects in response to business requirements, regulatory requirements, or directives from senior management - Managing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, defining business requirements, solution testing, implementation, and measuring success - Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors to perform in-depth analysis and identify best solutions, leveraging emerging technologies and the compliance analytics and transformation team's proprietary infrastructure - Monitoring project governance frameworks, including conducting project steering committees, regular progress reports, risk escalation, and alignment with senior management and key stakeholders - Working effectively in an agile project environment, using iterative methods to deliver value incrementally - Perform ad hoc business analysis and reporting, and provide cross-functional support to other projects and team members within Compliance Analytics and Transformation

Requirements

- University degree or equivalent, preferably in economics, business administration, finance, or a related field - At least 10 years of experience in program and project management within a global financial services environment, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership position with personnel responsibility - Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. - Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving in ambiguous environments - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and managing upward communication - Experience in managing a portfolio of concurrent initiatives, including prioritization and resource planning
