Tasks

* Together with your team, you support the specialist departments with incidents, problem cases and operational disruptions * You provide targeted impetus and work in your team * Together with the various operations units, IT, product management, trading and other bank-wide stakeholders, you drive projects forward * Initiatives and future-oriented design and digitalization of processes

Requirements

* Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung * Relevante Erfahrung in der Führung, im Business Engineering oder Projektmanagement im Finanzdienstleistungssektor * Deinen kommunikationsstarken Führungsstil möchtest du zum Einsatz bringen und in die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden investieren * Die Kombination aus strategischen, analytischen, fachlichen, unternehmerischen und methodischen Fähigkeiten ermöglicht es dir, deine Aufgaben erfolgreich und souverän zu erfüllen * Sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
