Team Lead Business Engineering Market Operations (f/m/d) 80% -100% | IT / Business Engineering | Zurich | Experienced professionals with personnel responsibility

Tasks

* Together with your team, you support the specialist departments with incidents, problem cases and operational disruptions * You provide targeted impetus and work in your team * Together with the various operations units, IT, product management, trading and other bank-wide stakeholders, you drive projects forward * Initiatives and future-oriented design and digitalization of processes

Requirements

* University degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable education * Relevant experience in leadership, business engineering or project management in the financial services sector * You want to use your strong communicative leadership style and invest in the further development of your employees * The combination of strategic, analytical, technical, entrepreneurial and methodical skills enables you to fulfill your tasks successfully and confidently * Very good German (at least C1) and good English skills
