Team Lead Business Engineering Market Operations (f/m/d) 80% -100% | IT / Business Engineering | Zurich | Experienced professionals with personnel responsibility

Tasks

• You and your team support the specialist departments with incidents, problem cases and operational disruptions
• Providing targeted impetus and working in your team
• Together with the various operations units, IT, product management, trading and other bank-wide stakeholders, you drive projects forward
• Initiatives and future-oriented design and digitalization of processes

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable training
• Relevant experience in leadership, business engineering or project management in the financial services sector
• You want to put your strong communication skills to good use and invest in the development of your employees
• The combination of strategic, analytical, technical, entrepreneurial and methodical skills enables you to fulfill your tasks successfully and confidently
• Very good German (at least C1) and good English skills
