Team Lead - DLT Opportunities

Tasks

The main tasks include:

• Recruiting and maintaining new customer relationships through active networking within the industry.
• Monitoring multiple prospects and prioritizing efforts to ensure appropriate responses to their needs, including fiat/digital asset transactions, trade orders, etc.
• Management of the customer onboarding process together with internal stakeholders (Legal & Compliance, Operations) and external service providers.
• Updating and maintaining the CRM for accurate records of all relationships.
• Maintaining expert knowledge of the crypto market landscape by understanding Sygnam's offering and strengths, attending conferences, understanding regulatory developments, and building a strong institutional and professional prospect network.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a relevant subject; master's degree, MBA, or CFA is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in customer service or customer care for private or institutional clients.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Training in consulting and analytical skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, as well as a hands-on mentality.
• Experience in onboarding clients (private clients and legal entities) and familiarity with Swiss banking regulations and onboarding documents, in particular CDB 20.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; German is an advantage.
