HR Team Lead
The Incore Group is seeking an HR Team Lead who will be responsible for all human resources functions for approximately 560 employees and will manage HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. The position involves day-to-day HR support, payroll accounting, and the strategic development of the HR system with a focus on digitalization.
Your tasks
- Establishment of a group-wide, legally compliant, and high-quality HR management system
- Central point of contact for employees regarding all HR-related matters
- Handling registration matters in specialized and complex areas of human resources
- Responsible for all human resources functions and processes (recruitment, onboarding, personnel changes, absences, performance management, and termination)
- Maintenance of payroll records for approximately 560 employees, including master data management, payroll processing, social security and pension insurance, withholding tax, and attendance and absence management
- Actively contribute to the further development of the HR system, with a focus on digitalization, a modern people experience, and employee branding
- A digital company offering outstanding customer service in digital human resources, including documentation, data analysis, and personnel and performance reports
Requirements
- An open personality with a strong commitment to serving colleagues, as well as a confident demeanor when interacting with executives
- Very strong user skills in HR systems (e.g., Access), the Linux/Unix operating system, spreadsheet and Excel software, as well as maintaining HR-related information systems on the intranet
- Excellent German language skills; English language skills are a plus
