HR Team Lead

The Incore Group is seeking an HR Team Lead who will be responsible for all HR matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle and ensure the high quality of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have completed basic business training, have several years of experience in a similar HR role, and possess excellent German language skills.

Tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for all HR matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle and will ensure the high quality of HR processes. Your responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring consistent, legally compliant, and high-quality HR management
  • Central point of contact for employees regarding all HR-related matters
  • Consulting for executives on operational and complex HR issues
  • Responsible for all human resources functions, including all related processes (recruiting, onboarding, development, personnel changes, absences, performance management, and separation), as well as organizational matters
  • Handling payroll accounting for approximately 160 employees, including master data maintenance, payroll processing, social security and personal insurance, withholding tax, and time and absence management
  • Actively shaping the future development of the HR system with a focus on digitalization, modern employee experience, and employer branding

Requirements

What you bring to the table:
  • Completed basic commercial training and an advanced professional qualification (e.g., HR certification, CAS, or a diploma from a vocational school or university of applied sciences in HR or business administration)
  • Several years of experience in a similar HR role, ideally in the banking sector, with in-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security
  • An open personality with a strong focus on serving colleagues, as well as a confident demeanor when interacting with managers
  • Extensive experience with HR systems (e.g., Abacus), payroll accounting, time management and reporting tools, as well as maintaining HR-related information on the intranet
  • Excellent German language skills; English language skills are a plus
