Team Lead IT Security Governance (f/m/d)
The position of Team Lead IT Security Governance offers the opportunity to lead and develop a team of 8 employees in order to make a steering contribution to the IT security of Zürcher Kantonalbank. The focus is on the development and implementation of guidelines for a secure ICT landscape and the monitoring of IT service providers.
Job description
Tasks
- Leading and developing the IT security governance team, consisting of 8 employees
- Maintaining and further developing the specifications: From the secure development to the secure operation of ICT systems
- Security architects
- Leading the "Third Party Cyber Risk Management" process with the aim of monitoring critical IT service providers from evaluation to contracting
- Reporting to higher-level IT and risk management and regular coordination with CISO and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed higher education in computer science (HF, FH, ETH, Uni) or equivalent further education and/or certifications
- Several years of professional and management experience in the field of IT security, in particular in setting up/expanding and operating a control framework
- Experience yards in the financial services environment or other regulated industries
- Sound knowledge of IT, IT security and common standards (e.g. ISO27001/2, BSI basic protection, NIST cybersecurity)
- Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Analytical thinking, a methodical approach and a high level of problem-solving skills
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English (min. C1)
