Team Lead Vulnerability Management (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Team Lead Vulnerability Management (f/m/d) to lead and develop a team responsible for identifying and remedying IT vulnerabilities in order to make a significant contribution to IT security at Zürcher Kantonalbank. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT security, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.

Team Lead Vulnerability Management (f/m/d) 80% - 100% | IT / Business Engineering | Zurich | Experienced professional with personnel responsibility

Tasks

  • Development and implementation of processes and methods as well as the associated processes and tools
  • Creating transparency regarding IT vulnerabilities using key figures, dashboards, and reports
  • Further development and consolidation of processes and tools, especially CVE management
  • Supporting IT and its stakeholders in remedying IT vulnerabilities
  • Regular reporting to line management and risk organization

Requirements

  • Completed higher education in computer science (HF, FH, ETH, Uni) or equivalent further education and/or certifications
  • In-depth knowledge of IT, IT security, and common standards (e.g., ISO 27001/2, BSI basic protection, NIST Cyberframework)
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in a management position, in the field of IT security
  • Strong communication skills for goal-oriented, impact-driven collaboration with IT
  • Analytical thinking, a methodical approach and a high level of problem-solving skills
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
