Job description

Team Lead Vulnerability Management (f/m/d) 80% - 100% | IT / Business Engineering | Zurich | Experienced professionals with personnel responsibility

Tasks

• Monitoring and optimization of processes and tools
• Creating transparency regarding IT vulnerabilities using key figures, dashboards, and reports
• Further development and coordination of processes and tools, in particular CVE management
• Supporting IT and its stakeholders in remedying IT vulnerabilities
• Regular reporting to line management and risk organization

Requirements

• Completed higher education in computer science (HF, FH, ETH, Uni) or equivalent further education and/or certifications
• In-depth knowledge of IT, IT security, and common standards (e.g., ISO 27001/2, BSI basic protection, NIST Cyberframework)
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in a management position, in the field of IT security
• Strong communication skills for effective, results-oriented collaboration with IT
• Analytical thinking, a methodical approach and a high level of problem-solving skills
• Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
