Team Lead Vulnerability Management (f/m/d)
We are looking for a Team Lead Vulnerability Management (f/m/d) to lead and develop a team dedicated to IT security, making a significant contribution to the IT security of Zürcher Kantonalbank. The team lead will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing processes, creating transparency regarding IT vulnerabilities, and further developing processes and tools.

- Monitoring and optimization of processes and tools
- Creating transparency regarding IT vulnerabilities using key figures, dashboards, and reports
- Further development and coordination of processes and tools, in particular CVE management
- Supporting IT and its stakeholders in remedying IT vulnerabilities
- Regular reporting to line management and risk organization
Requirements
- Completed higher education in computer science (HF, FH, ETH, Uni) or equivalent further education and/or certifications
- In-depth knowledge of IT, IT security, and common standards (e.g., ISO 27001/2, BSI basic protection, NIST Cyberframework)
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in a management position, in the field of IT security
- Strong communication skills for effective, results-oriented collaboration with IT
- Analytical thinking, a methodical approach and a high level of problem-solving skills
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
