Team Member Collections (80–100%)
Gemba Careers is looking for a Collections Team Member (80–100%) to work in a hybrid model, who will be responsible for reporting received payments, investigating late payments, and processing accounts receivable.
Your area of responsibility
- Investigations related to creditworthiness, payment delinquency, coverage of payment delays, and the solvency of debtors
- Settlement of claims and temporary replacements during absences
- Additional tasks as assigned by managers and supervisors (e.g., covering for other teams)
- Opportunity to participate in projects as assigned and in consultation with your supervisor
