Team Member Collections - all genders (80–100%)
As a Collections Team Member, you will investigate outstanding receivables, write off receivables, and close cases. You will also cover for team members when they are absent and take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisors.
Tasks
- Investigations related to outstanding receivables, insurance coverage, and debtor solvency
- Writing off receivables and closing completed cases
- Coverage for Team Members' Absences
- Additional tasks as assigned by the team leader
- Additional tasks as assigned by team managers and supervisors (e.g., calls from other teams)
- Opportunity to participate in projects (as assigned) and in consultation with your supervisor
