Pre-Collection Team

The role

As a team player, help us achieve our ambitious goals by handling debt collection in accordance with the law. In this diverse and exciting role, you will lead the Pre-Collection Credit Team and be responsible for ensuring that delinquent consumer credit receivables are processed reliably and with professional expertise.

Main Activities

• You and your team ensure that credit accounts are processed in a timely, process-oriented, and effective manner as part of the pre-litigation collection process
• In accordance with regulatory and legal requirements, you will be responsible for providing customers with impeccable service in pre-legal debt collection.
• You will serve as the service owner for digital receivables management and be responsible for its further development
• You optimize the organization and processes in your area of responsibility in terms of efficiency, question the status quo, and actively contribute to further development.
• You will work closely with your peers and maintain regular and professional contact with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., debt counseling agencies, government agencies, etc.).

Requirements

• Basic business training with management experience (at least 3 years)
• Several years of relevant practical experience in pre-litigation debt collection
• Knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) and the Swiss Debt Collection Act (KKG), as well as experience
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in managing small teams
