The role

We are looking for a strong sales leader to take the helm at our office.

Core tasks

• You lead and motivate a team of employees and develop them further.
• You oversee day-to-day operations and enforce security policies.
• You represent UBS in the local market and build networks.
• You implement measures to systematically develop the market. In doing so, you pay particular attention to acquiring new customers.
• You score points with competent advice and are a role model for your employees in this regard.

You will work at the Thun office. We are happy to be there for our customers every day.

Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally
• Extensive experience in customer service
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Communication and representation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for new technologies
• Fluent German and English
