Business Compliance Team Leader
Migros Bank is looking for a Business Compliance Team Leader who will be responsible for various compliance activities and has experience in dealing with money laundering and sanctions regulations as well as customer risks. Tasks
You and your team are responsible for efficient and continuous process optimization and sustainable quality assurance. You communicate verbally and in writing with our customers and internal departments.Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the field of compliance
- Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences) in finance or law
- German (business fluent)
- French (good knowledge)
- Italian (an advantage)
- Several years of experience in creating MRCS reports and non-MRCS documentation in the Swiss banking environment
- Initial management experience in compliance or risk
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Extensive experience in complying with money laundering and sanctions regulations and in dealing with increased customer risks (PEP, cross-border, KYC)
