Team Leader Reception & Cashier
LGT Bank Switzerland is looking for a team leader for the reception and cashier's office in Zurich to manage an experienced team and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the reception and cashier's office. The ideal candidate will have completed basic commercial training, have several years of professional experience in banking or financial services, and possess strong leadership skills.
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for managing and developing the reception and cash desk team in Zurich;
- Ensuring smooth operations in the reception and cashier areas
Your profile
- Completed basic commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in reception, at the cash register, or in a comparable customer-oriented role in the banking or financial services sector
- Proven leadership skills with a practical, supportive management style and a strong focus on customers and service
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; other languages (e.g., French or Italian) are an advantage
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, yet independent, precise, and reliable approach to work
