Team Leader Reception & Cashier

Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for managing and developing the reception and cash desk team in Zurich;
• Coordination and assurance of internal and external standards with regard to the reception situation and internal requirements of the cash register

Your profile

• Completed basic commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in reception, at the cash register, or in a comparable customer-related role in a banking or administrative environment
• Proven leadership experience with a practical, supportive management style and a strong focus on customers and service
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; other languages (e.g., French or Italian) are an advantage
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, yet independent, precise, and reliable approach to work
