Team Leader Corporate & Real Estate (f/m/d), 80 - 100%

Tasks

• You manage the "Companies & Real Estate" team both professionally and personally and ensure that employees receive the necessary training and further education.
• Together with your team, you work on the target segments and look after your corporate clients at the same time.
• In close cooperation with the Head of Corporate Clients, you will be responsible for the further development of the department in both strategic and conceptual terms.
• You operate an effective and efficient internal control system.

Requirements

• You have a higher professional qualification in banking or finance or a degree in business administration.
• You have experience in the area of corporate clients, especially in the commercial lending business.
• You already have management experience.
• You are well connected in the Central Switzerland region, actively cultivate your network and represent our bank.
• You are open to new business models and digital solutions and processes.
