Team Leader, Private Customers
The Valais Cantonal Bank is seeking a Team Leader for Private Clients in Zermatt to provide professional and managerial guidance to a team of business-trained staff and to help them grow. The position requires experience in banking, leadership skills, and strong sales abilities to lead the private client advisory team and expand the client base.
Tasks
- Your role involves providing professional and managerial leadership to the private client advisory team and driving its development. - You will mentor and coach the advisors. - You will manage sales activities and drive the acquisition of new clients. - You will manage your own private client portfolio and identify the potential of existing and prospective clients. - You will build and maintain a relationship of trust with clients and proactively support them. - You will implement and comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.Requirements
