Team Leader, Pre-Enforcement Collections

The role

As a team leader, help us achieve our ambitious goals through pre-collection efforts. In this diverse and exciting role, you will lead the Pre-Collection Credit Team and be responsible for ensuring that consumer loan receivables at risk of default are handled reliably and with professional expertise.

Tasks

These are your main responsibilities:

• You and your team ensure that credit accounts are processed in a timely, compliant, and effective manner during the pre-legal collection phase
• In accordance with regulatory and legal requirements, you are responsible for providing high-quality customer service in the pre-legal debt collection process
• You will serve as the service owner for digital receivables management and be responsible for its further development
• You optimize the organization and processes in your area of responsibility in terms of efficiency, question the status quo, and actively contribute to further development.
• You will work closely with your peers and maintain regular, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

That's what we want:

• Basic commercial training with relevant experience
• Management experience (at least 2 years)
• Several years of relevant practical experience in pre-litigation debt collection
• Knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) and the Swiss Insolvency Act (KKG) is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Very good oral and written German language skills
• Experience in managing small teams
• Languages: Fluent in German (native speaker); knowledge of other local languages is a plus
