Team Leader, Lease Processing
Migros Bank is seeking a Team Leader for the processing of lease applications to lead a dedicated team and ensure the professional and efficient handling of lease applications. This is a permanent position with an 80–100% workload, available immediately or by agreement.
Tasks
- You will actively participate in day-to-day operations and process lease applications from our partners
- You are the primary point of contact for our partners and are responsible for processing applications
- You will work on relevant projects and help improve processes and systems
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in leasing or consumer finance, as well as management experience at the staff level
- A completed degree (university/ETH, university of applied sciences, MA) in banking and finance or leadership
- German (business fluent)
- French (knowledge of French is a plus)
- English (very good knowledge)
- Several years of professional experience in the leasing industry
- Strong leadership skills and relevant experience in managing staff
- A high degree of humanity and customer focus, as well as communication tailored to the audience
- Resilience, reliability, and a pragmatic, process-oriented approach
- Experience in collaborating on and implementing projects
