Tasks

• Uncomplicated support for customers in the event of a claim - from registration to conclusion
• Supervision of a small team of 2-4 employees and daily support with advice and assistance
• Contribution of expertise and commitment to claims in the non-life sectors (property, liability and MF)
• Conveying safety and reliability to customers during a claim
• Exchange with the team and, in the event of a claim, with all parties involved - including for immediate measures
• Support and supervision of a team of 2-4 employees with experience in claims processing

Requirements

• Completed training in the insurance industry
• Experience in claims processing
• Enjoying contact and assisting customers in the event of a claim
• Independent way of working
• Responsible, empathetic and open personality
• Fluent written and spoken German, knowledge of other languages is a plus
