The role

Tasks

• Responsibility for the professional and personal development of the team
• Actively building and continuously developing relationships with internal customers and external partners
• Ensure monitoring of ongoing application operation, analyze and rectify application malfunctions/errors
• Monitoring and ensuring the operation of various applications

Requirements

• Expertise in the management and development of high-performance IT teams and in the implementation of operational and strategic goals
• Strong service and customer orientation combined with excellent stakeholder management and the ability to efficiently translate requirements into technical solutions
• Several years of experience in enterprise IT systems with in-depth knowledge of application landscapes, APIs, application lifecycle management and ITIL-based operating models
• Broad technical background with hands-on experience in operating systems, databases, application integration, automation, agile methods and scripting
• Curious and enthusiastic about technology with a high affinity for new IT trends, innovative technologies and the willingness to tackle complex challenges in a solution-oriented manner
• Very good communication skills in German and solid knowledge of English
