Team Leader Application Operations & Integration

The role

Tasks

• Responsibility for the professional and personal development of the 4-person team
• Actively building and continuously developing relationships with internal customers and external partners
• Ensure monitoring of ongoing application operation, analyze and rectify application malfunctions/errors
• Create, update and manage

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of management experience in leading and developing high-performing IT teams and in implementing operational and strategic goals
• Strong service and customer orientation combined with excellent stakeholder management and the ability to efficiently translate requirements into technical solutions
• Several years of experience in enterprise IT systems with in-depth knowledge of application landscapes, APIs, application lifecycle management and ITIL-based operating models
• A sense of responsibility for supporting, monitoring and ensuring the operation of various applications
• Broad technical background with scripting
• Curious and enthusiastic about technology with a solution-oriented approach
• Very good communication skills
