Team Leader: Assistance Private Banking (HNWI/UHNWI) 80% -100% | Sales and Client Advisory | Zurich | Experienced professionals with personnel responsibility

Tasks

• Further development of assistants in the Key Clients segment through individual coaching based on their own strengths
• High-quality customer, professional and timely processing of all business cases in customer contact
• Actively supporting the relationship managers in the acquisition and individual support of our clients together with your team
• Preparation of financing offers and investment proposals as well as creation of comprehensive strategy concepts
• Helping to shape the Key Clients division, including process and personnel development

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship incl. corresponding further training (HF, FH, etc.)
• Several years of experience in supporting sales functions as well as initial management experience in a direct customer environment
• Very good financing and/or investment knowledge
• Enjoy customer contact and be prepared to go the extra mile
• Reliable, precise and proactive way of working and a communicative, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial manner
