Team Leader, Operations Advisory Center (80–100%)

Tasks

• Together with your team, you will ensure that tasks in the areas of compliance and support are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
• You will be actively involved in day-to-day operations and assist your colleagues with technical questions.
• You will handle and coordinate the assigned compliance tasks as well as the data entry for transaction monitoring.
• You will assist in coordinating processes, workflows, collaboration, communication, and interfaces.
• You will take the lead in coordinating the further development of processes, workflows, collaboration, communication, and interfaces.
• You'll find the edge in knowledge within the team and also collaborate with in-house experts.

Requirements

• Several years of banking experience, as well as either experience gained in line management or experience in line management within an operational unit.
• You have a strong background in administrative banking processes as well as regulatory and compliance matters.
• With your structured and systematic approach, you maintain a clear overview even in challenging situations.
• You are known for your sense of responsibility, discipline, and high standards of quality.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, and build trust within the team.
