Tasks

• Together with your team, you ensure that the quantitative and qualitative requirements of compliance and support tasks are met.
• You will be actively involved in day-to-day operations and assist your colleagues with technical questions.
• You will oversee and coordinate the assigned compliance tasks as well as the division of responsibilities in transaction monitoring.
• You will lead thematic projects such as process and task reviews, name changes, the integration of SWIT, and mining.
• You will play a coordinating role in driving the further development of processes, workflows, and collaboration models.
• You evaluate the team’s knowledge growth and do so in close collaboration with internal departments to ensure the highest quality.

Requirements

• Several years of banking experience, as well as either several years of experience in line management or experience in line management in an administrative role.
• You have a strong network of contacts for administrative banking processes as well as regulatory and compliance-related issues.
• With your structured and big-picture approach, you maintain a clear overview even in challenging situations.
• You are known for your sense of responsibility, discipline, and strong commitment to quality.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, and build trust within the team.
