Team Leader, Operations Advisory Center

Tasks

• Together with your team, you will ensure that tasks in the areas of compliance and support are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
• You will actively contribute to day-to-day operations and assist your colleagues with technical questions.
• You will carry out and optimize the assigned compliance tasks as well as the division of responsibilities in transaction monitoring.
• As needed, you will assist colleagues in the Operations department (Compliance, Payments, Risk Management, Transformation Units, Interfaces, as well as tasks related to STWEG and settlements).
• You will consistently drive the further development of processes, workflows, and collaboration tools.
• You assess the team's level of knowledge and discuss it with internal experts.

Requirements

• Several years of banking experience, as well as either experience in a managerial role or experience handling delegated tasks.
• You have ample availability to handle administrative banking processes as well as regulatory and compliance-related matters.
• With your structured and systematic approach, you maintain a clear overview even in challenging situations.
• You are known for your sense of responsibility, discipline, and strong commitment to quality.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, and build trust within the team.
