Team Leader, Inheritance

Your tasks

• Leading and developing a team of 5 employees
• The teams represent the company both internally and externally
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Winterthur and Oberland regions regarding inheritances

Your profile

• Completed advanced professional training (law degree, notary apprenticeship, or comparable training)
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in estate planning and the administration of estate distributions, preferably at a financial services firm
• Extensive knowledge of Swiss matrimonial property law, inheritance law, and complex legal issues
• High level of consulting expertise in dealing with demanding client segments and sensitive issues
• A very confident demeanor when dealing with discerning clients and external partners
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with people
• With your confident, assured demeanor, you motivate employees and guide them to success
• Excellent written and spoken German skills; good English skills are a plus
