Team Leader Financial Accounting Operations 80-100% in Horgen

The role

As part of a planned succession plan, we are looking for a qualified specialist and manager for financial accounting.

Tasks

• Monitoring accounts payable including cost center accounting and internal cost allocations within the Group
• Management of direct taxes and special taxes in close cooperation with the responsible department within the Group
• Responsibility for all payment transactions and their clarification, management and control of liquidity movements and cash management
• Operational management of dealer purchase financing (floor plan)
• Processing of special deductions (e.g. interest subsidies, payroll accounting, etc.)
• Management and participation in projects for the further development of applications and processes, in particular in coordination with the parent company
• Support of internal and external audits as responsible representative of the accounting department
• Independent clarification of technical issues in cooperation with specialists from BANK-now and UBS

Requirements

• Initiative and resilient personality with strong assertiveness
• Several years of management experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a banking environment
• Payment transactions and taxation as well as a high affinity for IT
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
