Team Leader Corporate Clients Construction/Real Estate

Tasks

• Identifying and acquiring new customers and exploiting customer potential
• Reviewing, applying for and approving financing applications for corporate clients

Requirements

• Degree in business administration (university, FH, HF or comparable degree)
• Management experience in the corporate client sector an advantage
• Several years of banking experience in the construction and real estate financing business (customer front, competence center and/or credit analysis)
• Good knowledge of all other banking transactions (investments, pensions, cash management, etc.) is an additional advantage
• Enjoying the personal development and targeted promotion of employees
• Strong service and solution orientation
• Ability to communicate with customers and Internet partners at eye level and to expand the network in a targeted manner
