Tasks

• Comprehensive support for corporate clients in order to recognize their needs and optimally exploit their potential in the areas of finance, investments, cash management and other banking services
• Utilization and expansion of the existing relationship network in order to achieve the customer relationship in a targeted and consistent manner
• Cross-divisional cooperation to implement holistic customer development while utilizing cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in business administration (university, university of applied sciences or similar)
• Several years of banking experience in the financing and corporate client business with a focus on the Top5,000 segment as well as in the independent management of a commercial loan book
• Experience and pleasure in the supervision and targeted support of team members
• In-depth knowledge of customer acquisition/acquisition as well as strong customer, sales and service orientation
• Broad knowledge of the commercial business (assessment of the creditworthiness of companies, in-depth understanding of the customer's value chain)
• Good knowledge of all other banking transactions (basic services, investments, pensions, cash management, etc.)
• Committed, performance- and goal-oriented personality with a positive charisma
• High implementation discipline, self-motivation, resilience and social skills
• A high sense of responsibility, leadership経験 and team player qualities

• Fluent in German and good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French an advantage
