Team leader for corporate client advisory services

Your tasks

• Holistic, results- and potential-oriented management of a team in the corporate client segment
• Further development of processes and know-how as well as ensuring the quality of our services and trust-based team culture through coaching and further training
• Coordination of and active involvement in the various specialist departments as part of holistic, success-oriented consulting and development of client relationships within the team
• Ensuring credit processes and monitoring deadlines and schedules

Our requirements

• Completed higher education in business administration (HW, FH, PH) and corresponding experience
• Many years of experience in the credit and corporate client business as well as in client advisory services
• 3+ years of experience in a management role, ideally already in the credit and corporate client business
• Strong analytical skills, especially in the area of numbers, money and finance
• Sound know-how in the structuring of complex cash flow and financing models for large positions and corporate exposures
• Very good knowledge of English, other languages desired
• Experience in managing employees, ideally in the credit and corporate client business
