Your tasks

• Holistic, results- and potential-oriented management of a team in the corporate client area as well as other areas, which we further develop as a team so that our services and solutions meet all internal and external interests at the highest level.
• Holistic, active, connection- and results-oriented consulting, support and development of your own customer portfolio. Co-responsibility for the acquisition of new customers in the team, as well as maintaining relationships in the internal and external network.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring credit processes and reviewing internal control systems.

Our requirements

• Completed higher education in business administration (HWV, HFW) and corresponding practical experience.
• Many years of experience in the credit and corporate client business as well as in client advisory services.
• Leadership experience in a team; good analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in change and project management; very good communication skills, strong cooperation and teamwork skills.
• Very good knowledge of English; other languages desired.
• Experience in credit and corporate customer business, especially in payment transactions, is an advantage.
