Zuger Kantonalbank is looking for a Team Leader for Corporate Client Advisory who will lead a team in the corporate client area and advise clients individually. The position includes the management of employees, the development of client solutions and compliance with legal regulations.

- Holistic, results- and potential-oriented management of a team in the corporate client area
- Managing, promoting and developing employees and know-how carriers; maintaining our performance- and trust-based team culture through coaching and further training
- Collaboration in active, proactive and success-oriented consulting and development of customized, tailor-made solutions
- Holistic, active, demanding and results-oriented consulting, support and development of your own customer portfolio; co-responsibility for the acquisition of new customers in the team and maintenance of relationships in the internal and external network
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring credit processes and reviewing refinancing (incl. collateral)
Our requirements
- Completed higher education in business administration (HW, FH, PH) as well as corresponding
- Experience in credit and corporate client business as well as in client advisory services
- 3-5 years of experience in team and line management; leadership experience in a team; experience in coaching employees; leadership experience in teams; experience in personnel and resource planning
- Strong analytical skills; in particular in the areas of financing, liquidity and risk management; strong know-how in structuring
- Experience in managing complex cash flow and hedge products; experience with large positions and corporate exposures
- Very good knowledge of English; other languages desirable; keen interest in economic matters; willing to travel; mobile; flexible; able to work under pressure; team and service-oriented; high level of self-motivation and self-discipline; strong service and customer orientation; excellent communication and conflict management skills
