Your tasks

• Holistic, results- and potential-oriented management of a team in the corporate client area
• Managing, promoting and developing employees and know-how carriers; maintaining our performance- and trust-based team culture through coaching and further training
• Collaboration in active, proactive and success-oriented consulting and development of customized, tailor-made solutions
• Holistic, active, demanding and results-oriented consulting, support and development of your own customer portfolio; co-responsibility for the acquisition of new customers in the team and maintenance of relationships in the internal and external network
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring credit processes and reviewing refinancing (incl. collateral)

Our requirements

• Completed higher education in business administration (HW, FH, PH) as well as corresponding
• Experience in credit and corporate client business as well as in client advisory services
• 3-5 years of experience in team and line management; leadership experience in a team; experience in coaching employees; leadership experience in teams; experience in personnel and resource planning
• Strong analytical skills; in particular in the areas of financing, liquidity and risk management; strong know-how in structuring
• Experience in managing complex cash flow and hedge products; experience with large positions and corporate exposures
• Very good knowledge of English; other languages desirable; keen interest in economic matters; willing to travel; mobile; flexible; able to work under pressure; team and service-oriented; high level of self-motivation and self-discipline; strong service and customer orientation; excellent communication and conflict management skills
