Team Leader: Hedonic Real Estate Valuation Models (f/m/d)

Tasks

- Communicating model results and changes in a manner appropriate to the target audience, as well as stakeholder management for different needs - Assessing the real estate market and identifying risks through data analysis and forecasting models - Writing articles for publications on the Swiss real estate market

Your profile

• University degree (at least a master's degree) in economics, mathematics, or another quantitative field of study, as well as applied knowledge of econometrics and statistics
• At least five years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a larger organization
• Experience in data analysis, especially with R, Python, or SAS
• High IT affinity and excellent conceptual and analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of German
• Ability to engage in journalistic activities
• Interest in the Swiss real estate market, knowledge an advantage
• Initiative, independent and precise working style, and strong teamwork skills
• Committed, inspiring, and outgoing personality
