Team Leader HR Projects & Analytics

Migros Bank is looking for a Team Leader HR Projects & Analytics who will be responsible for planning and implementing HR processes, data analysis and leading a team. The position offers a permanent position with the possibility to work from home and attractive benefits.

Tasks

  • Management of HR projects and process planning
  • Creating reports, statistics and data analyses for internal and external departments
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of salary reviews and salary analyses
  • Organization and collaboration in the further development of the personnel information system
  • Writing various texts (job descriptions, instructions, information) for different internal target groups
  • Management of a team

Requirements

  • German (understandable)
  • French (an advantage)
  • Italian (an advantage)
  • Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences)
  • Business administration with specialization in HR, industrial psychology, etc.
  • At least 4 years experience
  • Specialist and/or function-specific professional experience (incl. management of a project)
  • Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis
  • Very good Office skills, especially very good Excel skills
  • Good knowledge of and very good access to IT systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors)
  • 2 - 4 years management experience
