Migros Bank is looking for a Team Leader HR Projects & Analytics who will be responsible for the planning and implementation of HR projects, the creation of reports and analyses and the management of a team. Tasks
- Analyse von HR-Prozessen sowie Planung von Prozessen
- Creating reports, statistics and data analyses for internal and external departments
- Verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Durchführung von Lohnrevisoren und Gehaltsanalysen
- Organization and collaboration in the further development of the personnel information system
- Writing various texts (job descriptions, instructions, information) for different internal target groups
- Management of a team
Requirements
- Languages:
- German (business fluent)
- French (an advantage)
- Italian (an advantage)
- Ausbildung:
- Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences)
- Betriebswirtschaft mit Vertiefung in HR, in Arbeitspsychologie, o.ä.
- Professional experience:
- Mind. 4 Jahre
- Specialist and/or function-specific professional experience (incl. management of a project)
- 2 - 4 years management experience
- Skills:
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Statistik und in der Datenauswertung
- Very good Office skills, especially very good Excel skills
- Gute Kenntnisse und sehr guter Zugang zu Informationssystemen (insbesondere SAP SuccessFactors)
