Requirements
You should meet the following requirements:- Several years of banking experience and in-depth knowledge of the financing business
- Experience in KMG or consumer and sales
- A strong focus on quality, as well as experience in optimizing and digitizing processes
- Leadership skills and experience in motivating and developing employees
- Clear communication and a structured approach to work
- Time management, self-motivation, and the ability to set priorities
