Team Leader, Specialized Loan Processing & Training, 80–100%

Tasks

You will support our teams in the Credit and Real Estate Lending divisions in processing specialized credit and real estate lending cases. Together with the team, you will ensure the timely and high-quality handling of secured loans, market and credit risks, guarantees, accounting, commission deductions, and other specialized topics. You will play an active role in training our apprentices and serve as the cross-functional point of contact. You will continuously refine processes and subject-matter expertise and provide professional support to our front- and back-office teams. You will contribute your expertise to projects and working groups and assist internal departments with technical and procedural issues.

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience as well as in-depth knowledge of the financing industry, experience in SME or consumer lending, and sales.
• You are known for your strong commitment to quality and your experience in optimizing and digitizing processes.
• You know how to lead, motivate, and support employees in their professional development.
• With your experience and expertise, your clear communication, and your structured approach to work, you maintain a clear overview even in challenging situations.
• A focus on deadlines, self-motivation, and the ability to set priorities round out your profile.
