Team Leader, Specialized Loan Processing & Training, 80–100%

Tasks

• You will support our teams in the credit processing department as they handle specialized loans.
• Together with your team, you will ensure the timely and high-quality management of operational, market, and credit risks, as well as other specialized tasks.
• You will actively shape the training of the trainees and ensure cross-functional process knowledge.
• You will continuously refine processes and subject-matter expertise and provide professional support to our front-line and mid-level staff.
• In projects and working groups, you’ll contribute your expertise and support internal departments with technical and procedural issues.

Requirements

• You have several years of banking experience or comparable knowledge in the financing sector; experience in SME lending or syndicated loans is a plus.
• You are known for your strong commitment to quality and your experience in optimizing and digitizing processes.
• You know how to lead employees in a goal- and results-oriented manner, motivate them, and support them in their development.
• With your experience and training, you are able to maintain a clear overview of complex communication and its structural implications, even in tense situations.
• A team-oriented approach, self-motivation, and the ability to set priorities round out your profile.
